Where do you source this information?

We collect data from multiple public sources such as local bookstore websites.

Why do you list only children's publishers?

We're only listing children's publishers in select countries so that we can stay focused and give more insightful data to our subscribers. But we'll be able to have more publishers of more categories listed when we're ready.

Why do you list publishers in certain countries?

We do have plan to list companies in other countries, especially those in Asia and Latin America in the future. We'll let you know as we list them.
As of Nov. 2016, we're listing publishers from the following countries:

How do you know which titles are acquired?

We have developed an internal algorithm to detect acquired titles, which will develop over time.

Why are some titles not listed?

We are listing titles published in 2012 and afterwards. So if the titles had been published prior to 2012, we may not list them here. Also if a title is not listed in its local online bookstore, it will also not be listed on Frontlist.

Some information is not correct. Why?

We try our best to correct data but the data source such as bookstore websites is oftentimes not accurate. So please contact us and we'll update accordingly.

How often is the data updated?

We expect to update every publisher every week if there is anything to update. This means that subscribers will be able to receive updates at least once every week.

Why is my company listed on Frontlist?

We collect public data from public websites such as regional online bookstores. So if your company has published more than a title for the last three years, your company can be listed on our website.

Payment

What types of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. If you prefer other payment options such as wire transfer, please contact us.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Of course. You can cancel your subscription at any time in the 'Settings' page. We'll then wait for the current billing period to end. After cancelling, you will not be charged again, but you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation.
